Karaoke is fun!

I am so tired now. But I have to write it all out when its still fresh in my memory. Can always sleep when I'm  dead right? :D My peeps and I have been planning to go Karaoke and last Monday we did just that with Ameelia :) Happy times, Karaoke is so fun :DDDD

The Karaoke gang
We were there around 12+ and Happy Hour starts at 2pm (cheap ma..) so we went to Chili's to satisfy Raymond's glutton for their famous Chocolate Molten Cake. I thought they serve it in slices, like the cakes at Secret Recipe but holy molly it wasn't a slice of cake at all.
LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT THING!

See what I mean??? Its damn nice, its so soft and sweet and warm yet cold. Lol..I don't know how to explain the taste but if got time go try!! Can get food orgasm by just one taste of this sinfully delicious dish and I quote from Ameelia, " Oh my gosh, its better than sex". yes, its that good :D
Thank you Raymond for introducing this dish to us :)
We buang masa at Chili's till 2pm then headed back to Redbox. We were so hungry! None of us had lunch yet and wanted to makan puas puas at Redbox buffet which starts at 3pm! So we sang our hunger away and again, Karaoke is fun :D
Ameelia and Raymond singing Lucky. Aww~
Then it was 3pm! Food!
The food! Lapar kot tunggu.
Then when we were full we sang again!

This pic is so funny! Look at our expression, more or less the same!
We sang and sang till Mc and Raymond slept -.-
teruk sial this guy haha
Wanted to take pic of Raymond sleeping but he keep waking up. Haha.. then both of them woke up dan dengan semangatnya they sing songs from Michael Learns To Rock and Bon Jovi.
Haha..semangat right? :p
The last hour that we had we went through all the songs left on the songs list. Those videos with no lyrics will be skipped and with those that do have lyrics will be sung but only the first verse and chorus. Haha..it was such a rush but we managed to finish the song list! got tambah tambah again that. hehe, we left for Shah Alam  around 6.45 and it was so jammmmm....My god, we reach Shah Alam around 8.30+ I think and we lepak at KFC section 2.
Oh and we played this game, name the capital of the country.
Ameelia: The capital city of China?
Diane and Mc: Taipei!
Ameelia and Raymond burst into laughter.

Hehe, quite funny. Then...
Raymond saw Ameelia doing something..Hmmm~
and guess what she did!

She did a portrait of us!!! So sweet~
I had a blast, thanks guys :)
Good night!

Girls Day Out

Went to Sunway with the girls today for lunch :)
Nabilah, Angela and my big fat head.
We were already so hungry when we got in the car and whats more, there was a traffic jam along the way. Cause we were so hungry and wanted fast service we went to Kenny Rogers :)
My lunch :) The potato salad damn nice!
Since we were already at Sunway I went to look for shoes! I had my eyes set on these pair of wedges at Cotton On for weeks now but I didn't get it cause, well, I'm poor. Lol. So I went there again to actually buy it and guess what, THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT IN MY SIZE! Damn. But no worries cause I was also eyeballing this pair of heels from Vincci and I got it! and not only did I finally got myself a pair of heels, I got it cheap! hehe, thank you Howard for lending me your membership card :D
Tada~ My new pair of heels :D
I never really shop before this. I usually just go into a shop and just look at clothes. Just waiting for something to pop out and scream "buy me!". But today I actually tried on clothes *gasp* cause I was looking for a dress for my sister :)
A dress from Forever 21
A dress from Kitschen and why do I look manly here -.-
and a dress form Nichii :) I think its nice. Very airy.
I didn't buy get any of these dresses. I can't choose which dress I like more. I thought all of them was nice and the price is quite reasonable. Anyway, after getting ourselves some coffee from Starbucks we went back and there were a lot of accidents along the way. There were 3 accidents but I could only take a picture of one of them.
It was raining and the road was slippery. I hope no one was hurt.
Last pic from us :) Toddles.
p/s: Please drive carefully, especially after it rains. The road is slippery and you don't want to skid now do you. :) Take care peeps.

Happy 15th Monthiversary :)

Long distance relationship is not easy. It's like the shittiest thing ever. I miss my boyfriend. I miss everything about him and you know what I miss the most? I miss being in his arms. *sobs*

I can go on and on on how I hate LDR and how I miss my Ian to bits but the truth is, LDR is not that bad. I learned a lot. I learned to be more compromising-different time zone and all. Geez..i hate the time difference. When I'm awake his sleeping and vice versa. Now that I'm thinking about it its really annoying. -.-# But,no matter how annoying that is, we still managed to webcam everyday. Yay us :D

It might not look like it is but I'm trying to be a more stronger individual. Now that his a thousands miles away I can't expect him to be there when there's trouble. I gotta stand up for myself now and I'm grateful that I have such good friends to back me up. Thanks guys :) You know who you are and if you don't then..uh..never mind.

To my dearest hubby, Happy 15th Monthiversary :) It's been 3 months since you left for the States but I feel like its been ages. But I think we are doing pretty well with the whole LDR thing. I know we hit some bumpy roads along the way but its nothing that we can't handle and I am so looking forward to the day I can hug you and smell you again cause I am getting bored of hugging my pillow when I miss you. Plus, the pillow doesn't hug me back. I am sorry for all the arguments and the heartaches that I have caused and I am so sorry if I was ever selfish and asked too much from you. I sound so bad :( But baby, please know that...

I LOVE YOU AND I MISS YOU SO MUCH!

HAPPY 15TH MONTHIVERSARY HUBBY :)

9 more months to go :D

A day by the river

Yesterday was a perfect day for a barbecue :) So off we went to Chongkak Park and Resort for the day.
The only picture with all of us in it :)
There was six of us in the car, it was really crammed. Like a can of sardines but it got better when a few of us moved to Saifullah's car when we met him at Cheras.
Finding the perfect spot :D
The perfect spot *Angels singing*
Saifullah starting the fire

and the shirt is off! Lol.
The chicken. This is meat from 4 chicken cause we thought the group would be bigger.
Potato Patato :D
Sausages
There were a lot of food. The food was supposed to be for 10 people at least, but a few people didn't want to come. So we had all those food to ourselves. :D Oh joy.
My God Raymond looks naked here :O

nom nom nom nom nom!

Then we got bored of staring at chicken so we went for a dip in the river :D

Attacking Liyana
I don't know what Mc was trying to do -.-
and Fatin just watched. :( So sad..she didn't bring extra clothes.
Then the weather suddenly changed. It became windy and it drizzled and later on it rained quite heavily. After a last dip we changed and took a few more pictures!
They like being shirtless actually. haha.
Liyana and the guys :)
Us and Mc's finger :D
A day full of fun. Companions weren't that bad too. I wish we can do this again during summer semester :) With more people of course.

Toddles.

My first Deepavali

I am glad to announce that I have finally celebrated Deepavali :D It is so lame but back home in Sarawak I only had one Indian friend and I wasn't really close to him. But now I have a LOT of Indians friends :) Happy happy. I feel so complete that I have celebrated Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Christmas and Deepavali. I feel like I have achieved my childhood dreams of celebrating all this festivals. I have achieved Nirvana. Lol.

This is Suresh
One of my best Indian friend. Hehe. He invited all of us to his house for Deepavali so we all went to his house in Melaka! It was so fun cause we went in a big group. A big noisy group.
The big group :) From the left: Rachel, Marie, Chris, Jerald, Kenny, Hani, Mc, Aiman, Rouffino, Sherry, Choo and Connie
This was the group that took the bus, there were another 2 cars coming. Nabilah and Saifullah. Deepavali at Suresh house was great. Great food, great company. Everything was great. Except that I was so clumsy that day. -.- I keep spilling my food and drink all day. So retarded. What gets to me is that the food was so scrumptious but I didn't take second or third helping and I believe a fourth helping cause I wanted to save myself from the embarrassment from the probability of spilling that food too. Sigh.

Anyway..I wanna show you this. Its so cute!
:D Its a dog!
Its a Labrador Retriever. I think. Its only 5 months old and its name is Yuri and and it is just so cute and the fur is so soft..Aww, I love dogs. Everyone was crazy over Yuri.
Here is another one..Isn't is so cuteeeee~  Its 3 months old.

A group shot before we left. After Suresh house the group wanted to go around Melaka. Me and Mc were too sleepy to walk around so we option for the cinema. We watched Red and I tell you know RED is an awesome movie!
RED: Retired and Extremely Dangerous
This movie is seriously awesome. I saw Bruce Willis in a whole new light. His so sweet and gooey in this movie but he can kick some serious moves when he needs to. His moves in this movie..phew.. blew my mind away. A must watch movie!! Go watch go watch.

After movie Mc and I had to rush back to Melaka Central to meet up with everybody and catch the bus back to Shah Alam. Then we went back home :) It was a tiring day. But a great tiring day.

I know its kind of late but Happy Deepavali to all my Indian friends :) Thank you Suresh for inviting us to your house. It was lovely.

Sunday with daddy

Finals is finally over. The semester has ended and it has been one heck of a semester. I'm going to miss the people that colored my semester and I can't wait to see you all next year for spring semester. I miss you all already :(

I had so many plans this holiday. One of them was to go Perak to stay with my roommate but tak jadi!! arghhhh..so frustrating. I was supposed to go last weekend but my dad was coming down to KL so I couldn't go. But, I think I'm over about not going to Perak cause I had a great time here with family and friends. Thanks guys, I had a blast.

I went out to meet my dad on Sunday, met up with my sis and Isaac at KL Central before taking a cab to The Curve.
Isaac me and my sis
Spend a lovely day at The Curve, went around looking for a dress and went to Ikea to buy some furniture for the apartment my dad bought somewhere near there. I saw a nice white dress! It was so white and pretty and I don't know, something the actress in She's Out of My League would wear. But I didn't get it, cause I'm such a cheap ass. Sigh..damnit.
Me dad and sis :) Happy day.
We had lunch at IKEA, and it was really nyaman~
Dad's lunch, some chicken with swedish herbs.
I don't know why but I got it in my head to think that old people like dishes with herbs. Makin tua makin suka benda pahit ka? hmm..i wonder. Anyway, you have to look at this dish! *excited*
Its meatballs! serve with a side of french fries, cranberry sauce and gravy..*salivates*
Since the apartment is a seven minutes walk from Ikea and The Curve we thought we just carried the furniture we just bought there. Save money also. It was so funny, my dad and Isaac carried a table, my sis carried a mirror and I carried blinds. People keep staring at us, whatever la, luckily no one knows us.

A few pictures of the apartment :)
The pool

I like this pic :)

I like this pic too. :))
There was this really pretty garden/balcony overlooking KL. So nice.
After resting for a while we went back to the Curve to shop! But by the end of the day I didn't buy anything also :( Oh well..save money. Money money money~

Toddles. :)
