First Post!

Ola amigos..Diane here.Okay, lame beginning but i'll work on it. :D I'm kinda excited but nervous about blogging. I have always been a reader and this decision to write a blog was a big decision that I thought hard and long about for the past few weeks. Hopefully this feeling to share with people about my kinda-lame-life won't fade away. So anyway, I won't do any introduction about myself cause I know the first few readers are gonna be my family, boyfriend, roomies and friends :p , so I'm just gonna start on blogging about what i did last weekend!!

haha..damn excited. Ok, so I have always wanted to cook in the hostel (yes,im a student and i'm staying in a hostel) and not just maggi mee and instant food but real food like chicken, vegetables and etc and i got the opportunity to do just that! It all happen last Saturday when I kinda invited myself to Vanessa and Connie's little gathering at Connie's house to cook :p Sorry ya if i intruded. But i'm not that sorry cause i had so much fun. :)

This cooking-in-the-hostel thingy happen for two days and if im not that retarded with a lappie there will be pics in this post! Lol. Anyhoo, that night we ( Connie, Vanessa, Hani and me) cooked rice, curry and sausage. Well..we didnt actually cook, just steam and heat actually :p

The next day was hectic for all of us, cause had to do ethics assignment! So connie did most of the cooking and here is what she cook for us for lunch ..

Then that Sunday afternoon Connie, Hani and me went out to Giant to buy some more groceries to cook later that night. All also want to eat chicken so we bought chicken breast and Connie bought vegetables and we bought these stock seasoning thing and this packet of 5 perasa thingy for the chicken. That night I came to Connie's room and a heavenly scent filled my lowly nostrils. Damn nice wei the smell.

and thats it.hehe..i know what u guys must be thinking..apa jak la masak dalam bilik,but damn hard ok cook with rice cooker. Who knows the pot get too hot and burn a hole through the steel. I dunno why but i keep thinking thats possible..can right? anywayyy,hehe, thank you Connie, Vanessa, Hani and Sherry for inviting me to cook with you this weekend. Semoga ajak saya selalu. XD I had a blast and i never felt so full since I came here cause i get to tambah nasi!! hehe.
